American Law Society Recognizes Alexandra Haner

The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Alexandra Haner has been accepted as a new member.

Pittsburgh, PA, May 16, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Alexandra Haner joined Beck & Thomas P.C. as counsel in 2016. She is also a founding member of the law firm of Haner and Kuo, PLLC, a boutique intellectual property firm. Prior to co-founding Haner and Kuo, Alexandra was the Head of U.S. Patent Litigation at Sandoz, where she oversaw and managed all U.S. patent litigations and provided strategic, legal and business counseling to senior management on patents and related regulatory, portfolio, launch and market issues, particularly with regard to the Hatch-Waxman Act. Alexandra began her career working at Goodwin Proctor, LLP, and at Pennie & Edmonds, LLP, where she accrued a breadth of experience in intellectual property law.

Alexandra’s deep proficiency with intellectual property law, experience as a senior in-house executive at a global corporation, as a partner at a large firm, and as a small business owner allow her to counsel clients creatively and effectively.

Alexandra earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School, where she was the Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. Notably, Alexandra earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton University, receiving a graduate teaching award during her tenure there. Prior to Princeton, she earned her B.A. in Chemistry and English from Wellesley College.
