Customers visiting the store that day can receive one free donut of their choice with any purchase. Also all receipts printed that day will include a special coupon for a free half dozen donuts with the purchase of a half dozen.
Duck Donuts will also be serving free donuts at the Salvation Army Red Bank Corps, located at 180 Newmans Springs Road in Red Bank as well on June 5th, staring at 10am. The Salvation Army started National Donut Day during the Great Depression as a way to raise funds and bring awareness to The Salvation Army’s social service programs. The Red Bank Corps serves those in need who live in Northern Monmouth County.
