)-- Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics L+S GmbH exhibited at CTI USA and VDI Germany in May and June, using these automotive industry events to first display new booth designs in the form of their corporate logo and the business unit’s brand promise logo and specific product photos. The CTI Symposium was held from May 15 to 18 in Novi, Michigan, while the VDI Congress for Drivetrain for Vehicles was held from July 5 to 6 in Bonn, Germany.
Included with the graphic design was also a new booth build concept using a central display cabinet connected to the back wall with a bridge and completed with one or two podiums and side walls to show products and applications. There was a designated area to showcase actual Meldin® product samples for visitors to view and touch. Engineered for tolerance control, the Meldin® line consists of thermoplastic components that are injection molded and polyimide materials that have no melting point and can handle extreme temperatures.
“After a few years with the same booth design, we took the opportunity with the new brand identity to create a visually engaging and strategic booth design reinforcing our brand promise of ‘Critical parts making THE difference’ and inviting people to visit our updated website that was launched in March. We wanted to share how our various product solutions are critical to protecting core systems in powertrain,” stated Peter Werger, Global Market Manager for Saint-Gobain Seals Automotive. “The innovative design was very well received, and we were pleased to welcome many quests to our booth during these two events.”

From September 25 to 27, the company will exhibit at the CTI Symposium in Shanghai, China, and at the CTI Symposium in Berlin, Germany from December 4 to 7.
