American Law Society Recognizes Mitchell Lathrop
The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Mitchell Lathrop has been accepted as a new member with ATL distinction. The America's Top Lawyers list is comprised of well-rounded individuals representing a diverse cross-section of U.S. legal advocates.
His commitment to his clients has been recognized in many instances: Best Lawyers named Mr. Lathrop the 2012 San Diego Insurance Law Lawyer of the Year; he is “A” rated in both California and New York by Martindale-Hubbell; he is Listed in the Best Lawyers in America (2006-present); he is listed in Super Lawyers for New York City and San Diego; and he is a lawyer representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California
Mr. Lathrop earned his B.Sc. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School. His postgraduate education has been extensive, including: a Certificate in Advanced Mediation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law; and advanced mediation training from the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”).
