About Pamela H. Del Negro
Pamela H. Del Negro advises health care providers, including hospitals, health systems, physician-hospital organizations, and community providers, as well as health care technology firms and other vendors to the health care industry on compliance with data privacy laws and regulations. She assists health care providers and their vendors, such as software technology providers, with protecting the privacy and security of individuals’ personal health information and provides guidance and advice on the privacy implications of proposed business arrangements and operations.
