Event Synopsis:

By the constant risks and pitfalls that ensue on consumer law today, developments on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) remains to be actively implemented; oral arguments continue and alteration and enforcement on debt policy remains far more challenging.

The increasing number of unfair practices, violations, harassment, and prohibited actions of abuse had triggered an upsurge in the number of foreclosure complaints filed by consumers against firms. For the past years, organizations continue to encounter challenges on compliance matters despite making it the best to conform with the terms of eliminating abusive and deceptive collection practices protected by the FDCPA.

In this live webcast, a panel of distinguished professionals and thought leaders brought together by The Knowledge Group will help firms and organizations understand the fundamental aspects of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They will also provide an in-depth discussion of this significant topic and will offer best compliance strategies to develop and implement effective and compliant debt collections strategies.
