Rocky Top Hospitality Announces Spanish Cooking Class at Red Room

Raleigh, NC, February 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that the restaurant will host a Spanish Wines and Cooking class at Red Room Tapas Lounge, located at 510 S. Glenwood Ave., from noon–2 p.m. on Saturday, March 15. The class is the restaurant’s second class on tapas, and will focus on Spanish Paprika, Saffron, Chorizo, Spanish cheeses and shellfish dishes. There will also be a discussion of three Spanish wines. Each participant will receive a take home bag that will include ingredients for a traditional Spanish meal and Spanish wine. The cost of the class is $50 per person and 10 percent of all proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.
