LifeCenter Plus Hosts Free Community Wellness Day

Hudson, OH, October 26, 2017 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday, November 4th, LifeCenter Plus will be hosting a free Community Wellness Day from 12pm to 4pm at their facility located at 5133 Darrow Rd.

During the event guests are invited to tour the facility, enjoy swimming in the indoor pools, climb the rock wall, attend nutritional seminars and participate in a variety of group exercise classes. Twenty-minute demonstrations of more than 10 different classes will be offered from 1pm to 3pm including Barre, TRX, Zumba, Cycling, Youth Active Training and more. Attendees will also enjoy free giveaways, raffles, food and discounted Memberships.

All classes on November 4th will be introductory in nature and appropriate for all levels of fitness. Participants can try one class or try several. Classes are open to children and adults, ages 7 and up. Parents will also have the option to utilize LifeCenter Plus’s free child care service and check children ages 6 months to 6 years in to the Kids Korner.

“As we quickly approach the time of year when healthy eating and exercise routines are tossed aside for Halloween candy, turkey dinners and holiday parties, it gets harder to find the motivation to work out,” Jessica Koly, Director of Marketing for LifeCenter Plus, said. “And sooner or later you’ll start telling yourself there is always next year.”

Many fitness experts say now is actually a great time to start or continue your workout routine. Having healthy habits in place or maintaining the ones you’ve already established can help keep you motivated and fit throughout the holiday season.

On November 4th, LifeCenter Plus will also be offering a one day, 12-month, Membership discount to help members of the community build better habits for the holidays and jump start their journey to a Healthy 2018.

“It’s important to bring everyone together for health and wellness,” said Jerry Lynch, President of LifeCenter Plus. “Our Community Wellness Day strives to provide an environment that supports the nutritional and physical well-being of those who live and work in Hudson, Stow and the surrounding communities.”

Fall and winter can also be a tough time of year for people who prefer outdoor activities. As the weather gets colder, biking or running outside can lose its appeal, but joining a gym or going to a group exercise class can help with the seasonal transition.

“From Cycling and TRX to Barre and Yoga, LifeCenter Plus offers over 100 classes each week,” Koly said. “Many people get tired of the same old workout routine, but finding something that you enjoy doesn’t always feel like a workout. With our variety of classes and offerings, Members are sure to find something that will inspire them to stay motivated throughout the holidays and 2018.”

Memberships at LifeCenter Plus are available as an individual or family.
