About Michael D. Thomas
Michael Thomas is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco Office of the global labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins. Over the past 15 years, Michael has litigated more than 40 California wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions against employers in a wide variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, limousine companies, janitorial services, restaurants, staffing and managed services, security and protection services, and the new gig economy.
