Clearwater, FL, February 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- It was a proud night for prominent businesses at The Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 86th Annual Meeting held on January 31, 2008 at the Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club. A crowd of about 500 chamber members and guests attended as the Chamber recognized the contributions of the out-going Board of Directors and committee chairs, introduced the incoming Board of Directors and celebrated the achievements of many business and civic leaders whom have made a positive impact on the community.
Each year, the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce honors the small, medium, and large businesses owned either in the State of Florida or by out-of-state corporations. The judges select finalists in all four categories based on business work ethics, integrity, creativity, problem-solving abilities, financial success of the companies and contributions to the community.
Hailed as the fastest-growing direct mail postcard marketing firm in the nation by Inc Magazine, PostcardMania was honored as the 2008 Large In-State Business of the Year. PostcardMania tied this year with the prestigious JMC Communities, an award-winning St. Petersburg-based developer specializing in luxurious waterfront communities.
