Zoellner Whole Financial PLLC sponsored an informational webinar about Deferred Installment Sales using IRC 453 to complete large transactions and defer the taxes which are 30% or higher on the sale of a business or a commercial property that has been held for a long period and has low cost basis and highly appreciated.

Waterford, MI, February 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- David R. Michael McIntyre, the National Sales Trainer of Estate Planning Team, conducted the webinar. He accomplished explaining how a Deferred Sales Trust works for the benefit of the broker’s sellers to complete a large transaction with the taxes deferred. The brokers and Institutional investment sponsors found that they could complete more transactions by offering a fair market price that the seller’s would accept. Because the proceeds would be much higher for the seller, without taxes paid, it gave the brokers a competitive edge to close more business and escrow faster.

David R. Zoellner, Sr. has over 27 years’ experience in asset management and has witness many business cycles. His niche in Durable Income Securities, which could play a vital role in asset management because they operate outside of the volatility of stock and bond markets, is important for the benefit of the seller’s risk management for the collateral.
