Women TIES (Women Together Inspiring Entrepreneurial Success) Special Women's History Month Growth Discussion Luncheon features Onondaga Community College President Debbie L. Sydow, Ph.D. discussing key fundamentals of success to inspire and educate women entrepreneurs.

Syracuse, NY, February 28, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On March 13, 2008, Women TIES, Women Together Inspiring Entrepreneurial Success, in conjunction with HSBC, presents their March Growth Discussion Luncheon for women entrepreneurs with special guest speaker Onondaga Community College President Debbie L. Sydow, Ph.D.

At this special Women’s History Month luncheon entitled “Focus, Finish and Other Fundamentals to Success,” Sydow will provide women entrepreneurs with her perspective and advice on leadership, strategy and obtaining results to make their businesses more successful. Sydow will also discuss how leaders must navigate obstacles and keep focused on their goals to ensure higher levels of success.

Women TIES corporate mission is to create a “local, state and regional marketplace for women entrepreneurs in New York State.” Women TIES produces events which offer quality educational programs, regional networking and promotional opportunities for women entrepreneurs in the Greater Central New York region. Women from all over New York State are encouraged to travel and attend the luncheons. On average, one third of program attendees travel from outside cities to attend Women TIES events. Attendees are encouraged to bring corporate marketing materials to exchange with other business owners.
