)-- NetForce Global®, a trusted leader in wholesale international background screening, announces the appointment of Fred Giles as the company’s President effective January 1, 2018. Fred will help lead NetForce Global in the next phase of expansion in the background screening industry.
Fred has 30+ years of experience in the background screening industry including loss prevention public record retrieval, corporate asset protection, and investigative interviewing. Most recently, as the SVP of Strategic Initiatives for Cisive, he was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for their Research Division.

Fred is a founding member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), where he currently serves on the Background Screening Credentialing Council and the Government Relations Committee. He is also a previous Chair of the NAPBS, previous chair of the Government Relations Committee, and has served on the Global Advisory Committee.
