ARGI Once Again Named One of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky

Louisville, KY, January 25, 2018 --(PR.com)-- ARGI, a Louisville based personal and business financial advisory firm, was recently named one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Kentucky (BPTWKY) in the small-sized employer category*. This will be the seventh consecutive time ARGI has been recognized for this award.

Hosted by the Kentucky Society for Human Resources Management (KYSHRM) state council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, The Best Places to Work initiative celebrates its 14th year identifying and recognizing the best places of employment in Kentucky.

Companies across the Commonwealth participated in the two-part application process. Companies applying to BPTWKY must complete a detailed employee benefits and policies questionnaire, and an employee engagement and satisfaction survey, conducted by the independent research firm, Best Companies Group. The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in Kentucky to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky initiative is based on FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work for in America” list.

To be considered for participation, companies have to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
· Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
· Be a publicly or privately held business
· Have a facility in the state of Kentucky
· Have 15+ full and/or part-time permanent Kentucky employees
· Must be in business a minimum of 1 year
