)-- Peoria Lawyer Wants Those Considering a Split to Know They Are Not Alone
Today, Jason Netzley, a well-respected attorney with Brave Law Center, wants to educate couples considering a divorce for Valentine’s Day this year that they are not alone. In fact, divorce rates often spike this time of year.
According to The New York Post, data compiled by Avvo.com reports that divorce filings rise 40 percent around Valentine’s Day. A combination of factors, including cabin fever, break-ups delayed until after the winter holidays and stress, may contribute to the phenomenon which sees a lot of couples decide to part ways rather than celebrate their love.
The Brave Law Center encourages anyone with questions concerning family law, such as divorce, to reach out for help by calling 309-685-7900.
