Chưng Cake-Wrapping Contest Organized at Ca Ty Muine Resort
On February 13th, 2018, a cake-wrapping contest was organized at a coastal accommodation property of Muine, Vietnam which is known as Ca Ty Muine Resort. The Chưng cake is named for square sticky rice cake which is an icon of the yearly Tet Festival happening in Vietnam and/or some other Asian countries.
Phan Thiet, Vietnam, February 23, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The event was created to attract many travelers in the area and to help the resort’s guests to participate some meaningful and joyful activities that explained more details about this special Festival for a deeper understanding of Vietnamese history and culture.
Participating in the event were guests of room #110 LugnievVladimir (couple 01) #108 Alexandr (couple 02), #417 Elena (couple 03) and #318 Islambek (couple 04). They were excited with the invitation by the resort to join the contest and had a great interest in wanting to know more about the Tet tradition.
The couples showed a very quick and skillful performance of wrapping the cake and they ended up for the first prize to be given to the couple 01 with a special voucher of romantic BBQ dinner by the beach.
The contest started at 09h15 and completed at 11h00 with all the attendants sitting together to enjoy the cake, tea, and sweeties.
