New York, NY, March 03, 2018 --(PR.com
)-- ELSE Corp - a Virtual Retail Company, an Italian startup that works on the development of the Virtual Retail platform E.L.S.E. (an acronym for Exclusive Luxury Shopping Experience) that proposes a new virtual shopping experience in 3D, participated at EuroCIS, the main technology fair for the retail sector that took place from 27 February till 1 March 2018.
The year began well for ELSE Corp thanks to a few new updates made to their else.shoes™ platform for the footwear industry, specifically the addition of new features to the MyStyle SDK and the MySize SDK, respectively solutions for 3D product customization and for 3D foot scanning and Virtual Fitting, but mainly thanks to the participation in important events. The startup has already participated in various events, some related to the fashion industry, as in the case of MICAM the international B2B fair dedicated to footwear this past February; and more technology focused fairs like Simac Tanning Tech that took place in Milan from 20 to 22 February, where along with the startup’s partners ATOM Lab and Shoemaster, they presented their updated Industry 4.0 project: RoboShop, the shop-factory of the future.
After these important events came the opportunity for the company to participate in the leading European exhibition of technology for the retail sector. Situated in the Startup HUB, an area for the first time dedicated entirely to startups, ELSE Corp was the only Italian company selected to present its innovation in Made in Italy. In this space, were all the startups representing the new generation of retail technology: NoQ, Abl Social Federation, Fision AG, Store2be, EverStore, OSA Hybrid Platform, PAIR Finance, Arivata, Verisae, Thinkinside, Beaconinside.
Through live demonstrations, organized tours for interested visitors and discussions, ELSE Corp showed to the public else.shoes™, their platform dedicated to the customization and personalization of footwear. Andrey Golub, the CEO & Co-founder of the startup presented ELSE Corp’s vision at the Omnichannel Forum, an event focussed on sucess strategies, challenges and opportunities of new technologies linked to digital and traditional distribution channels. The title of his speech was "Virtual Retail: from Fashion in 3D to Mass Customization, a new business model for the future of the Fashion Industry."
ELSE Corp received a lot of positive feedback and new ideas for their product, as well as several promising contacts for the German and international markets and encouraging B2B partnerships.
