Kahana & Feld Achieves Net Promoter Score ® of 92 in First Annual Client Survey

Santa Ana, CA, March 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- In its continual efforts to improve service to its clients, the law firm of Kahana & Feld LLP is pleased to announce that it achieved a Net Promoter Score of 92 in a recent client survey.

Earlier this year, the firm distributed a survey to all clients who were represented by the firm in the preceding twelve months. 32% of recipients responded to the survey, Clients were asked “how likely is it that you would recommend Kahana and Feld to a friend or colleague?” The firm received a result of 92 out of 100.

“This score is a wonderful testament to the efforts our attorneys have put forth in being responsive to our clients, and providing great legal services,” explained Amir Kahana, Managing Partner. “Our business depends on and grows by word-of-mouth referrals among our network of business owners, in-house counsel, and insurance industry executives. Knowing that our clients, themselves, are promoters of our work and appreciate the attention we provide, brings pride to our law firm.”

The client survey also revealed that the firm was responsive to client needs; that clients generally felt that they got the results they were looking for; that the firm clearly and regularly communicated with clients about their cases; and that the firm provided good value and that fees and billing were accurate and met expectations.

The Net Promoter Score ® is calculated based on responses to a single question: How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague. NPS can be as low as -100 (all respondents are detractors), or as high as +100, (all respondents are promoters). An NPS that is positive (i.e., higher than zero) is felt to be good. And an NPS of +50 or over is excellent. As reported in the ABA Journal, the legal industry’s Net Promoter Score benchmark is 19.
