Wild & Free Has the Coop Squawking with Its New Crispy & Craveable Dishes

Wild & Free, the fast-casual restaurant serving rotisserie chicken and farm fresh sides on Van Nuys Boulevard in Sherman Oaks expands its menu offering crispy & craveable dishes: Crispy Chicken Plate, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and gluten-free Mac & Cheese.

Sherman Oaks, CA, March 28, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Expanding their rotisserie chicken and fresh vegetable offerings, Wild & Free brings new crispy & craveable dishes capturing the attention of taste buds across the San Fernando Valley. In late October of 2017, Wild & Free opened its doors bringing succulent, spit-roasted chicken and fresh-from-the-farm sides to Van Nuys Boulevard. Known for its fresh, savory, and clean cuisine, this modern chic, fast-casual concept expands its horizons into crispy chicken and gluten-free Mac & Cheese territory.

“From inception, we’ve leaned toward the health conscious end of the fast casual spectrum. Though we will continue to serve clean and fresh dishes, we’re ready to bring a little indulgence while still capturing the flavor of rotisserie with our crispy chicken & a variety of other options. Our goal is to bring our rotisserie concept to the valley in a way that offers a little something for everyone. We also believe you can't have indulgence without Mac & Cheese, so we brought our gluten-free version to the menu as well. We are excited at how successful these new items have been in such a short time!” said Chef Elyse Elshenawey.

Along with two all-new items, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Crispy Chicken plate, you can now substitute crispy chicken on any bowl, salad, or sandwich. What’s their crispy chicken secret? It’s spit-roasted, panko-crusted, and followed by a shallow fry to a golden brown. Like a bit of kick? Ask for it spicy. The Mac & Cheese begins with house-made sharp cheddar cream sauce and is tossed with gluten-free rotini noodles; then sprinkled with gluten-free bread crumbs.

Crispy Chicken Plate: Panko Fried Leg & Thighs + 2 Regular Sides $12.95 (Sides range from seasonal farm to table vegetables, to skinny fries, to the new gluten-free Mac & Cheese. Seasonal sides +$1)

Crispy Chicken Sandwich: Panko fried rotisserie chicken (choice of OG or Spicy), Muenster & provolone cheese sauce, bread & butter pickles, cole slaw, crispy shallot aioli $7.95
