Adriane brings a high level of expertise in the field of credit card processing, payment gateways, and technology with over 16 years of experience. Prior to joining the Smart Merchant’s Seattle office, she worked for Retail LockBox as the Merchant Operations and Support Specialist, and before that she was the Manager of Client Relations & Inside Sales at FrontStream Payments, helping them grow a portfolio of CNP/E-Commerce Merchants and oversaw referral programs for several integrated software partner, including GoDaddy.com. Her extensive knowledge of the payment industry will be of great use to help countless merchants reduce costs and improve the process, reduce labor, increase efficiency, streamline reconciliation and reduce chargebacks and liability.
