Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices also bestowed its first ever “30-Year Legend” award to Louise Hampton of Palm Springs. Hampton’s company became a part of Americana Holdings last year. She is the first to have received the company’s prestigious “Chairman’s Circle” award for 30 consecutive years.

“These are incredible accomplishments from outstanding executives and teams in all three of our markets, and indicative of the hard work and dedication they put into their businesses,” said Stark. “I’m incredibly proud to be included among the giants in our industry, and to work with individuals who value the Berkshire Hathaway brand as much as I do.”

Fortune magazine named Berkshire Hathaway the fourth most admired brand in the world for the second consecutive year in 2018.

Stark said Hampton’s 30-Year Legend award was a special inspiration to the thousands of real estate professionals she has impacted throughout her career. “Prior to her joining our organization I was able to watch her success from afar. Louise is one of the most consistently successful real estate leaders in our industry,” he said. “It's no accident she has led her team and company successfully each and every year. She is an icon of our industry and I am tremendously proud to celebrate her achievements.”

Gordon Miles, president and COO of Americana Holdings, said Hampton was one of his mentors when he began his real estate career. “She has been an inspiration and mentor to so many throughout her years in business,” he said. “I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work with her again and support this icon of Palm Springs real estate.”

“I couldn’t do what I do without great team support,” said Hampton. “I have a great team. I couldn’t do the amount of business I do without them.”
