About Patrick Moloney

Patrick Moloney is the chief executive officer of Litigation Capital Management (“LCM”).

He started practicing law 23 years ago and has concentrated on commercial litigation for more than 21 years, acting in over 200 cases. His involvement in the litigation funding industry goes back to 2003, which makes him one of the most experienced litigation financiers worldwide.

Patrick’s experience at LCM covers all aspects of the business from assessing funding applications, to individual case management, to project selection as a member of the investment committee, and leading overall business operations.

He has been the chief executive of LCM since 2013 and took the company through an IPO process to be one of only a handful of listed litigation financiers globally.

Patrick has been called upon to provide expert testimony in regard to the litigation funding industry and he is sought after as a speaker at international conferences given his long-standing involvement in the industry.
