Operation Food Search Announces Board of Director's Officers

St. Louis, Mo. non-profit also adds three new members to board.

St. Louis, MO, April 11, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Operation Food Search (OFS), a non-profit hunger relief organization, recently announced its new officers and board members.

The Executive Committee 2018 Board of Directors Appointments include Lisa Pelikan, Edward Jones as Chairman; Skip Spielberg, Bueno Bags as Vice Chairman; Amy Altholz, Rubin Brown as Treasurer, and; Robert Kessler, Enterprise Holdings Inc. as Secretary. These officers, who were elected by the board, are responsible for steering OFS toward a sustainable future and maintaining resources to advance its mission.

New board members include Amy Altholz, RubinBrown; Erin Brooks, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner; Ryan Cuba, Schnuck’s Markets, and; Alan Schultz, Monsanto Company. Board members are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.

“Our organization has assembled a truly talented board of leaders with an extensive range of expertise,” said OFS Executive Director Sunny Schaefer. “We look forward to seeing all that this group of individuals will accomplish as a team on our behalf.”

Founded in 1981, Operation Food Search (OFS) is a hunger relief organization that provides food and nutrition education. With a strategic focus aimed at ending childhood hunger, OFS empowers families with a range of programs and services proven to reduce food insecurity and increase access to healthy and affordable food. The agency helps feed more than 200,000 individuals on a monthly basis – one-third of which are children – through a network of 330 community partners in 31 Missouri and Illinois counties.
