)-- General Parts, L.L.C., a leading service provider and parts distributor to the commercial foodservice industry is pleased to announce the acquisition of DMO Food Equipment Services, INC. (“DMO”) located in Cleveland, OH. The transaction closed on April 30th, 2018. Terms of the transaction are undisclosed.

The opportunity to acquire DMO, a highly respected business in a key market was an obvious choice for us and helps us expand our offering of services while helping us take another step toward fulfilling our national strategy,” said Bruce Hodge, President of General Parts.
Since 1993, DMO has been providing quality restaurant equipment service, planned maintenance and installation programs for thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, school districts, and universities throughout Northern Ohio as well as Western Pennsylvania. They have maintained long term relationships with most of the leading restaurant equipment manufacturers and carry a substantial inventory of genuine O.E.M. equipment manufacturer parts for distribution and are a CFESA member company.
Initially the company will operate as DMO a Division of General Parts and will retain its existing management team including previous owner Dennis Ozarchuk, who will stay on as the Branch Manager.
