The Department of Labor's New Paid Program: What You Need to Know

In March 2018, the Department of Labor released a news release detailing out the new PAID Payroll Audit Independent Determination pilot program. This program will give employers an opportunity to come forward with known fair labor standards act violations and correct them with less cost to the companies. This is a temporary pilot program so now is the time to act for employers.

The 60-minutes webinar will be conducted by Dayna J. Reum, is currently the Director of Payroll Operations at Ann & Robert Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Dayna has been heavily involved in the payroll field over 17 years. Starting as a payroll clerk at a small Tucson company, Dayna moved on to be a Payroll Team Leader at Honeywell Inc. During Dayna’s time at Honeywell she obtained her FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) through the American Payroll Association. She also received several merit awards for Customer Service and Acquisitions and Divestitures.
