Diglio to its organization as a Managing Partner. Additionally, the company has expanded its regional presence with the opening of its new office in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Diglio will become Calder’s Florida based Managing Partner, and a member of Calder Associates’ Board of Directors.

With the opening of Calder’s Florida Office, it becomes Calder’s fourth regional office in addition to its headquarters in New Jersey, and other regional offices in Pennsylvania, and the Washington, DC metro area including Virginia and Maryland. Calder’s Florida office will serve business owners in the southeast and nationwide.

Cress Diglio is a highly experienced and respected M&A intermediary. Having been in the business for over 20 years, he has been instrumental in the sale of hundreds of businesses, trained and mentored many industry veterans, and went on to become Chairman of the International Business Brokers Association, the industries de-facto worldwide professional association.

Cress is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), as well as a Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI), an international certification held by less than 100 people worldwide.
