)-- Zeigler Automotive Group today announced its 26th dealership acquisition after officially purchasing its fourth Ford dealership location, McCarthy Ford of North Riverside, from Ray and John LeFevour.
McCarthy Ford of North Riverside located at 2100 Harlem Ave, North Riverside, was most prominently known in the community as Joe Rizza Ford for nearly 40 years before the first generation car dealers acquired it last February.
The dealership will be renamed Zeigler Ford of North Riverside and will reopen on Tuesday, June 26, under Zeigler management with plans to offer current McCarthy Ford clients and new customers special offers and discounts.
“We feel that this store has great potential. With everything we know about this business and with the community’s support, we can really make this a successful store,” said Aaron Zeigler, president of Zeigler Automotive Group.
Zeigler also confirmed that he will keep the current dealership’s staff on-board but will bring on Val Kholodovsky as general manager.
The deal to buy was made early last month with the official closing date occurring Monday, June 25.
