Irvine, CA, March 12, 2008 --(PR.com
)-- Truthful Lending dot Com was born out of the mind of a Loan Officer, the greenest of the green, fresh into the industry at the tail end of the boom in late 2006. It was born in the "chop shop" where he got his first look at the industry, and the place that changed his outlook on business, and life, entirely.
After nearly 4 months in the mortgage business, John Crenshaw was so appalled at the utter lack of disregard for any sort of code of ethics amongst his peers, he decided to start a small website to help educate the same homeowners he saw being taken advantage of every day. He created Truthful Lending dot Com to do just that. Since then the site has flourished and become a major resource for homeowners searching online for mortgage information and advice.
John started off as the only writer for the site but had to take on some additional help when the site became large enough. Over the course of the past year, Truthful Lending dot Com has grown into a library of articles on every mortgage topic you can think of, a place to check the weekly mortgage rates, a tool for calculating how soon you can get out of debt, and above all, a haven for homeowners to learn the ins and outs of the industry so they can protect themselves from the unscrupulous brokers and lenders who took advantage of so many others during the "refinance boom" this country recently experienced.
John Crenshaw is now busy at work keeping homeowners informed. He can be reached through his website at http://truthfullending.com or via email at john [at] truthfullending [dot] com.
