Environmentally Conscientious Parents Hail Ceewee Baby’s New Line of Organic Sleep Sacks

Ceewee Baby™ expands its product line to include organic baby sleep sacks and organic toddler sleep sacks, available in three weights.

Charlotte, NC, March 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Ceewee Baby™ (www.ceeweebaby.com) long ago cornered the market on unique, upscale, natural fiber sleep sacks. Lately, dedicated customers requested Ceewee Baby™ go a step further and offer the same standard of quality in an organic sleep sacks for their little ones.

After a long search for the perfect certified organic fabrics for the sleep sacks, Jennifer Johnson, owner of Ceewee Baby™, debuts the new line of organic sleep sacks. All fabrics are 100% certified organic cotton, milled locally in the United States. No chemicals or harsh dyes are used in the natural color fabric-even the trim for the sleep sacks is a colorgrown sage green and beige stripe.

“Sleep sacks should be a year-round staple in your little one’s wardrobe,” Jennifer explains. “Children-especially babies-learn that when the sleep sack is on, bedtime is soon to follow. It is a part of their routine and shouldn’t be only for cold weather. With this in mind, I have introduced three different weights of sleep sacks for different seasons and climates: a summer weight, a spring or fall weight, and a winter weight.”

The summer weight sack is two layers of organic cotton jersey. The spring or fall weight is the same inner layer of organic cotton jersey and an outer layer of organic cotton fleece. The winter weight adds a layer of organic cotton padding between the jersey and fleece layers.

Each sleep sack can also feature an appliqué of the customer’s choice. “I currently offer four different appliqués to add a bit of style and whimsy to the sleep sack, and hope to expand this offering over the coming months,” adds Jennifer.

As with the line of natural fiber sleep sacks, the customer can also add twiddlers to the organic sleep sacks. These appealing closed loops of ribbons are attached to the sleep sack for the child to feel and explore. Not only does this activity increase their fine motor skills, but it also calms and soothes babies before they fall asleep.
