Two individually-successful real estate rivals form partnership to service Englewood FL property market.
Englewood, FL, July 20, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Five top producing Realtors from Paradise Exclusive Real Estate have joined forces and formed The Island Team, providing high-level residential and commercial real estate services and cutting-edge marketing in the Englewood, Florida area.
The Island Team is the combination of Michelle's growing Island Girl Team and Brian Faro's expanding business. The Realtors ® have almost 10 years' Florida real estate experience and nearly $70 million in sales between them. The two were friends - and friendly competitors within the Paradise Exclusive company and "we realized we'd be an even bigger success as a team," says Faro.
"Our goal is to use our tech-savvy and heavy focus on digital marketing, particularly video marketing, to make the home buying and selling process easier for our clients," adds Finley.
For the past 4 years, Michelle headed The Island Girl Team at Paradise Exclusive, which includes buyer's agents Melissa Mutkoski and Anita Gross. With the addition of Brian, it became simply The Island Team. "Because 'The Island Girls and the Cabana Boy' is just too long a name," jokes Finley. Rounding out the team is experienced buyer's agent Becky Cole, as well as admin support from Kendal Canonico and marketing from Debi Harmon.
