Crossman & Company’s Senior Associate Sandra Woodworth finalized the lease, bringing national brand to the popular retail center anchored by a Publix at 4158 Mariner Boulevard in Spring Hill, Fla.

Great Clips is a hair salon franchise with over 4,200 locations across the United States and Canada.

With a balanced mix of national and local tenants, the 64,594 square foot Mariner Commons is fully occupied. Brian Bern of Franklin Street represented Great Clips in negotiating the 1,200 square foot lease.

The first salon opened under the name Super Clips near the University of Minnesota campus in 1982. Great Clips found immediate success with their first three salons, which opened over a span of three months.
