Kelley Kronenberg Welcomes Quentin Stupski to Its Tallahassee Office
Tallahassee, FL, August 02, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Quentin (Tod) Stupski has joined the firm’s Tallahassee office as an Attorney.
Stupski assists in handling matters related to Workers’ Compensation defense and Appeals. He possesses more than 20 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims and litigation for insurers, self-insured companies, and government entities. As a thought leader in this field, he frequently presents at national conferences on Workers’ Compensation matters.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Stupski served as the Bureau Chief of the Division of Risk Management for the Florida Department of Financial Services. He supervised and managed the Workers’ Compensation self-insured program for the state of Florida. He also served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of Financial Services, where he was responsible for providing legal representation for agency investigations on issues related to violations of Florida’s Insurance Code.
Additionally, Stupski has advised legislators and business executives on developing legislative proposals within Florida and 12 other southeastern states through the National Council of Compensation Insurance. He has drafted, reviewed, and analyzed Workers’ Compensation and related legislation for many Workers’ Compensation rating organizations.
Stupski earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in Economics from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a Certified Supreme Court Mediator.
