)-- The tasting menu includes: pulled chicken BBQ sliders with a house made BBQ sauce infuse with Mola black chili relish, Moroccan steak roulades with a spiced aioli, smoked sweet chili shrimp sautéed in Mola sweet orange chili relish served over a bed of warm rice noodles in a coconut emulsion, and a spicy vegan vegetable stew with assorted vegetables and potatoes cooked with Mola green chili relish. For desert, they will be serving a petit four carrot cake with a ginger buttercream topped with an infused Mola red chili white chocolate ganache and a dark chocolate pot de crème infused with Mola sweet chili relish. Each menu selection will be paired with a wine specifically chosen to complement its unique flavor profile. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite or in person.
