Free Property Management Software Released as Open Source by Zigguro

Phoenix, AZ, August 18, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Zigguro LLC has released Rentomy, free open source cloud software for residential rental property managers. With about 43 million rental residential units in the U.S. alone (per statista.com), there is a substantial market for software that caters to both the professional property managers and individual landlords.

A fully functional online demo is available at https://zigguro.org/rentomy with instructions on how to get started.

Rentomy can be deployed as "Software as a Service" on the web or in-house, and property managers can sign up right away.

Users only need a web browser to securely access their portals and can upload pictures directly from mobile devices.

"Rentomy was created to help not just property managers, but also tenants, owners and others. Free open source software can help lower the cost for everyone," said Cidney Rhee, head of marketing at Zigguro.

Rentomy includes online rental applications, monthly statements, maintenance requests, document and transaction management, as well as lease management, inspection reports, property listings, notes and reminders, and unpaid rent alerts. Administrator features include listing and access management, as well as multiple data backups.

"Rentomy is easy to use and install. We think it's all about useful features. We've been property managers ourselves," said Rhee.

Rentomy is available for free at https://zigguro.org/rentomy along with the download, installation instructions and the source code.
