Results of the California Landlords Summit on Homelessness will be announced.

Bakersfield, CA, November 28, 2018 --(PR.com)-- On December 18th, The Income Property Association of Kern will hold its 11th Annual State of the Association Luncheon at Chalet Basque. This event will look back on the Association’s successes this year. “2018 was IPAK’s most impactful year ever. The final number of units pledged towards housing chronically homeless individuals will be announced by Jessica Janssen of United Way and Heather Kimmel of the Housing Authority of The County of Kern.

The luncheon starts at 11:30 am and guests can look forward to a tri-tip barbecue and 50/50 raffle. Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $20 for members or $25 for non-members.
