GoalFriends Launches in Taiwan

Raleigh, NC, December 12, 2018 --(PR.com)-- GoalFriends – GF Global, LLC announced the launch of a new group in Taiwan. Started by Taipei resident Jennifer Chau, this is the first GoalFriends group in Asia. “Our vision is to eventually have groups in 195 countries,” said Gina Copeland, Director of Global Expansion. “We are very excited to have this unique group of women as our first group in Asia!”

“Gina visited Taipei last May and I met her through a mutual friend,” stated Jennifer. “Much of my adult life has been about affirming and encouraging children and their mothers—as an Early Childhood Educator, Community Builder, and as a parent myself—so I was very excited to learn about Goalfriends which I see as a natural extension of what I do.”

This diverse group consists of women aged 21-46 representing 5 nationalities, including Nigeria, Lesotho, The Pacific Islands, Taiwan, and the U.S. “One of the greatest things about Taipei is how diverse it is,” said American group member Kellie Teague. “Tackling our goals with multi-cultural perspectives is sure to give us a unique approach to goal reaching. I thought I would be more focused on my own goals, but it's been stimulating helping other women broaden their own horizons and truly dream big dreams!”

Group members include stay-at-home moms, teachers, and entrepreneurs. For example, Jennifer Chau (aka “Jennifer Joy”) is a leading Kindermusik® Educator in Taiwan, mentoring other educators in the region. She is also a talented voiceover artist, featured in a variety of applications from advertisements to animations to AI, as well as the voice of Taiwan’s Taoyuan Metro system.
