)-- RE/MAX Platinum Realty associates gave the brokerage an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 96 on a recent survey, far above the score of 71 for the RE/MAX network nationally. Apple, the consumer electronics company, considers its NPS score of 72 a resounding accomplishment.
NPS measures customer loyalty based on one question, "How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?" Forty-five RE/MAX Platinum Realty associates, who are the clients of a real estate brokerage, returned the survey. In their responses, submitted anonymously, associates cited the benefits of a large national franchise, combined with the management style and culture of a family-owned, boutique firm. Typical comments included the following:
"The broker is someone you can count on. Our monthly meetings are always something I look forward to. The guest speakers are relevant to our market and I always leave with a plan of action."
"Our broker is learning-based, and he exposes us to learning new things or revisiting tried and true methods, but he never stops trying to help you grow."
