Why My WOAB Was Created and How to Have Workout Motivation Without the Cost of a Personal Trainer

Phoenix, AZ, February 11, 2019 --(PR.com)-- When you have a personal trainer, you are paying for a workout and you will be there at a particular place and time. Knowing that they are waiting on you, gives you motivation, and accountability to show up. Now you can have that same motivation and accountability for free at My WOAB which stands for My Work-Out Accountability Buddy. The owner, Querida Walker says she created the website and app to help others find Work-Out Accountability Buddies to bring them fitness success and motivation.

In the past, the CEO of My WOAB, LLC Querida Walker stated that she was depressed, isolated, and frustrated in her journey to become healthier and fit. She had moved from the large city of Atlanta, GA to the small city of Boise, ID away from her new home, family, and friends. "I became so unhealthy physically. I wanted to get healthy and my husband and I just weren't compatible with our workouts," she said. He wanted to play basketball and she wanted to do a triathlon. Eventually she had success and was sharing this success with family and friends. Unfortunately, her brother in law did not have success and he lost his battle to become healthier at the age of 39. "I don't want anyone to experience such a painful loss that could have been prevented. I truly believe if my brother in law had more WOABs he would be alive today," Querida emotionally stated.

Therefore after her brother in love, as she called him, passed away, stay-at-home mom Querida learned basic code, and how to design her own website. She designed MyWoab.com the #1 social networking site for fitness connections. She maintains two apps for both platforms on Apple and Google. Querida is making connections through Be My WOAB Meet ups in Phoenix, AZ and Altamonte Springs, Florida. She is also making connections at local gyms.

Having a personal trainer is having a WOAB and that's wonderful if your budget allows. Anyone can be a WOAB as well. All it takes is encouraging words, meeting up occasionally to workout with your WOAB, and posting about your workouts on My WOAB or the apps. Your newsfeed becomes your WOAB as well showing a journal of past workouts. The best part of My WOAB is that it's free.

Querida says some of her WOABs are her two young boys who drive their electric car as she walks alongside them. Her older two boys who challenge her to games of basketball. Her two god daughters who love to play at local parks. Her Silver WOAB who meets her for a 3 mile walk weekly. Her neighbor who's a body builder who encourages her and another neighbor who bikes with her once a week. Other WOABs include a connection at her gym, and a hiking group of WOABs who meet up for hikes throughout Arizona and the Grand Canyon. Her favorite WOAB is her husband who takes her on romantic walks.

My WOAB, LLC's mission is summed up with these words from Michael Jackson - "Heal the world and make it a better place for you and for me and the entire human race." "We are determined to save lives one WOAB at a time," Querida said. "You just have to join me and be My WOAB and I will be yours! Just send me a WOAB request she says and lets workout!
