DAVACO Promotes Lani Hopkins to Director of Corporate Travel

In addition, Hopkins was appointed to the travel advisory board for Choice Hotels International. Hopkins reports to F.L. Chase, senior vice president of operations.

Hopkins began her career at DAVACO in 2005 as the corporate travel manager responsible for managing the company’s in-house travel agency, West End Travel. In her new responsibilities, Hopkins will continue to oversee negotiations of vendor contracts, providing executive and department reports, secure debits/refunds/commissions, etc. Hopkins, who has nearly 20 years of travel industry expertise, began her travel career in Honolulu, Hawaii as a corporate account manager before relocating to Dallas. For nine years, she worked for Wyndam Jade Travel where she administered start-ups for four Wyndam Jade on-site offices and the company’s after hour team of 24 employees. She currently serves on the Travel Advisory Board for Choice Hotels International.
