Senior Digital Innovation Leaders from U.S. Utilities, DoD, Federal and Private Sector to Convene for Digital Intelligence for Energy Summit

On June 26 – 27, 2019, senior leaders within the Energy Sector will convene in Alexandria, VA, for two days of briefings and discussions at Roosevelt Strategic Council’s Digital Intelligence for Energy Summit. The dialogue will focus on the business models, strategic approaches and use cases for integrating technical capabilities rooted in big data into current IT/OT ecosystems. Equally, the Summit will draw out the current capabilities and innovations that have applications for today.

Washington, DC, March 28, 2019 --(PR.com)-- “The Summit will be an honest and hard hitting set of discussions for the community. We want to focus on practical applications and strategies that the energy sector can start integrating now over the two days we will have together,” stated Monica Mckenzie, Managing Partner of Roosevelt Strategic Council.

“Many organizations and stakeholders in the utility sector are only beginning their data journey and dealing with questions such as what data sets are meaningful, how do I build out my IT infrastructure to support the capability? How do we ingest, correlate and disseminate that data out in an impactful and efficient way? What is my data governance structure? While others have made effective progress in their journey that offer relevant lessons learned and strategic approaches to pass forward to their community... We find that great outcomes can occur when we bring together a diverse group to have this interchange of knowledge and ideas,” Ms. Mckenzie further stated.

The Summit is open to the public but off the record. For details on the agenda and registration, you can visit: rscouncil.org/digitalenergy or call 917.435.1266
