AAMSI to Explore Latest Medicare Supplement Insurance Legislative Initiatives at National Conference
The American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance announced speakers and sessions at the organization's national conference who will focus on the latest Medicare legislative initiatives. The upcoming Presidential election and Medicare for All policy issue make this conference most timely says AAMSI director.
"Attention is already being focused on the 2020 election and Medicare will play a significant role I expect," declares Jesse Slome, director of the Association and chief conference architect for the national Medigap industry convention. "Legislative initiatives that have become reality obviously impact Medigap but equally important is know what centers of influence expect to take place in the coming year and years. These will all be open for discussion making this year's conference most timely."
AAMSI's 2019 Medicare Supplement industry conference takes place June 5-7 at the Marriott Marquis hotel in downtown Atlanta. The premier Medigap industry event brings together over 1,000 industry professionals representing insurance carriers, distributors as well as insurance consultants and agents who market Medicare insurance products.
"Personally, I want to know how 'Medicare For All' is viewed by the insurers attending," Slome commented. "There is a lot taking place in the Medicare insurance space, perhaps more than I've seen at any recent conference, and I expect attendees will benefit from the plethora of viewpoints and expertise present at the event."
The Association recently offered first-time conference registrants a discounted registration code. "We are pleased to support the continued growth of this industry by bringing new people to the event," Slome notes. To learn more about the conference or to request the April promotional discount code, contact the Association directly at 818-597-3205.
