Holly Y. Li has over 2 decades of experience in the legal and business practice of intellectual property and high-tech fields. Her legal practices focus on IP litigations, strategic advice, licensing, IP assertion, IPR's offensive and defensive proceedings, IP prosecutions, IP portfolio management, IP asset acquisitions, monetization and commercialization, startup formation and venture capital funding in varieties of advanced technologies.

She first started her career as a patent and technology licensing manager at Lucent Technologies, now part of Nokia.
