Arylessence Adds Key Leadership Functions
to Serve Growing Client Base

Atlanta, GA, March 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Arylessence, the leading fragrance and flavor manufacturer in the Southeast, today announced the appointment of three new executives and a new perfumer to the company’s quality assurance, sales, regulatory affairs and creative teams.

Key Appointments

Joining Arylessence as quality assurance manager, Alan Lacroix will oversee all quality assurance activities for the company. Prior to joining Arylessence, Lacroix was food safety and quality manager at Schwans Research and Development Division and previously served as the manager of laboratory affairs at Gerber Consumer Products/Novartis Consumer Health and as analytical chemist and microbiologist at Johnson & Johnson. Lacroix holds a bachelor of science degree in microbiology from Florida Atlantic University and certificates in food science and engineering from the University of Arkansas and in aseptic processing from Novartis Consumer Health.

Joining Arylessence as sales manager, Bob Sansone brings more than 10 years of fragrance experience to the company, having held senior positions in sales, business development, fragrance evaluation, and project management. Responsible for the strategy and implementation of the company's sales and customer programs, Sansone also oversees training and development of Arylessence sales personnel. Prior to joining Arylessence, Sansone was a key account executive for the global fragrance house Takasago and served in fragrance evaluation and project management roles at Fragrance Resources in Clifton, New Jersey. He holds a bachelor of science degree in cosmetics and fragrance marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology; a bachelor of arts in fashion studies from Montclair State University; serves as a member of the mentoring program at the Fashion Institute of Technology; and is a committee member of the Soap and Detergent Association.

Angela Meyer-Easley has joined Arylessence as regulatory affairs coordinator. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring that all Arylessence operations and client services are compliant with federal guidelines and consistent with the company's global regulatory practices. Prior to joining Arylessence, Meyer-Easley served as manager of regulatory affairs for International Fragrance and Technology, where she managed regulatory standards and processes and developed strategy for fragrance efforts in the U.S. and Europe. She also served in regulatory affairs and fragrance roles at Aromatic Fragrances and Flavors International. Meyer-Easley earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Monica Aneiros-Burke has joined Arylessence as a perfumer, bringing nearly 20 years creative perfumery experience. She is responsible for new fragrance strategies and implementation and will be expanding her work in air care and environmental fragrance. She will also assist in training and development initiatives. Prior to joining Arylessence, Aneiros-Burke served as Perfume Consultant for the global fragrance company Givaudan and in perfumery development roles at Wessel Fragrances and Noville Fragrances. Monica is a member of the American Society of Perfumers.
