)-- Tillpoint was selected as the point of sale software provider for the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, the largest event of its kind in the Middle East. All exhibitors were given an iPad with Tillpoint pre-installed along with an Epson or Star Micronics receipt printer, both of which seamlessly integrate with the Tillpoint software. Exhibitors were able to access their inventory, process sales, print receipts in multiple languages, and view and print all sales and end of day reports.
Tillpoint was quickly installed across all exhibitor stands throughout the entire Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and the intuitive user-interface enabled exhibitors to quickly learn how to navigate the system. Additionally, users were restricted to the Orders, POS, Cash Manager, Accounting, Inventory, Staff, and Reports modules to aid in reduced training time. Typically users have access to every module, with no limitations on features or functionality.
This is the first time Tillpoint was selected to be the software provider for this event, adding to the company’s rapidly expanding portfolio and unprecedented growth as the leading EPOS and ERP provider in the region. Tillpoint was chosen for this event due to the system’s security and flexibility, being able to manage multiple currencies and correctly implement the newly introduced GCC tax.
Tillpoint is available to download for free on the App Store worldwide and is free to use for 30 days while trialling any subscription plan. Requires iOS 8 or later and the newer iPad models are recommended for optimal performance.
