To accompany the major evolution towards smarter building, more flexible and dynamic office and retail solutions, oomnis will rename its integrated solution suite FlexSuite, incorporating its workspace management solution as FlexO and its queueing management system as FlexQ.
FlexO is a highly configurable workspace management solution used to manage, coordinate and optimize the use of all corporate spaces through a user-friendly web user interface and room-level navigation screens.
While the use of meeting room booking systems has been growing quickly in recent years, it is still not widely in use because of the typically high solution costs or because of worries of providing company confidential meeting information to cloud only solutions in foreign companies.
