About Hannah Lee

Hannah Lee is a senior patent litigator based in the Menlo Park, CA, office of Kramer Levin. Hannah litigates intellectual property disputes, with a particular focus on patent litigation. She has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, semiconductor technology, and computer security software. She has substantial litigation and trial experience including delivering oral argument at discovery hearings; conducting direct and cross-examination of witnesses at trial; drafting dispositive motions; defending and taking depositions in the United States, Europe and East Asia; and being a key member of trial teams in federal court and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Among her most notable work, Hannah served as the senior associate managing a patent litigation for a specialty pharmaceutical client with patents concerning drug delivery technology who obtained a $62 million settlement against Purdue Pharma LP. She also served as lead counsel in three inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board, successfully defending the validity of all 25 challenged claims of two patents.

Hannah received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University and J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
