Lehnert concentrates his practice assisting property owners, lenders and builders with commercial and residential development, acquisitions, finance, survey matters, title insurance, and commercial leases. He is also a regular writer on the firm’s Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate blog.
Lehnert also serves as Chairman of the Lee County Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters (“BBBS”). He is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society, Urban Land Institute, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Lee County Bar Association. Lehnert graduated from Bishop Verot High School, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
