Pranique Invites Community to 1 Year Anniversary Celebration and Blood Drive

Oldsmar, FL, August 12, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Pranique Yoga and Wellness Center is celebrating its one year anniversary under the new ownership of Amy Olshanski on Sunday, September 1 – 7am to 2pm.

Two ONEBLOOD bloodmobiles will be on site for blood donations starting at 9am and six of the center’s yoga instructors will be offering free 45 minute yoga instruction, beginning with a special outdoor Sunrise Yoga at 7am to 8:15am with Tia Mukherjee.

Guests can get a taste of the many varieties of classes available at the center. After the sunrise class, the schedule is Hot Asana with Sarah Sclafani at 9am; Strengthen and Stretch with owner Amy Olshanski at 10am; Focus and Flow at 11am with Erin Yakunich; Feel Good Flow with Felicia Rizza at 12pm and Yin & Reiki with Leora Almaleh at 1pm.

Light brunch snacks and drinks will be served between classes.

“I’m hoping for a cycle with our guests – take a class, eat a snack and give blood,” said Amy. “Giving blood is so important because you never know whose life you might save by taking the time to sit in the chair and give. My goal is exceed 50 donors.”

In addition to sampling six yoga classes, guests can tour the locally owned and operated studio which offers many health and wellness features including a Himalayan Salt Cave, Hot Box Detox, Far-Infrared Cocoon, Far-Infrared Jade Massage Bed, and Aqua Massage Bed – each aiding in detoxifying the body, clearing the mind, and improving health.

“Pranique is a haven. It fosters peace and love for ourselves and for others,” said Felicia. “Pranique brings me in harmony with my daily life; it’s my home away from home. I’m so thankful to Pranique and Amy for creating this environment of total contentment.”

Sarah added, “There is something for everyone at Pranique. Amy has created a beautiful space that is welcoming and healing. You are one yoga class away from a good mood.”

To complement the interior stress-relieving services, outside of Pranique, guests can walk the meditative Labyrinth, the first in Oldsmar. A universal ancient pattern found in all cultures, a Labyrinth is a place to escape stress and quiet the mind, where psyche meets spirit. Unlike a maze, it is a single circular path that winds its way to the center. Used symbolically, as a walking meditation, it can be used by anyone, as a means of self-reflection, holistic healing, meditation and peace work.

“We’re excited to share our anniversary with our incredible clients, but also for the community who might have regularly driven past us, to discover the magic that lies inside the Dreamsicle-colored building on Race Track Road in Oldsmar,” said Amy. “My purpose when taking over ownership of Pranique was to provide a beautiful space and supportive environment for all to feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually. After the many positive responses and a thriving first year, I’m confident we’re doing just that.”

Pranique is located at 400 North Racetrack Road, Oldsmar. The One Year Anniversary celebration is Sunday, September 1, 7am to 2pm. To learn more, call 813-510-4972 or visit praniqueyogawellness.com.
