Kahana & Feld LLP Adds Partner to Its Labor and Employment Litigation Practice Group

Irvine, CA, September 30, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Amidst continued growth, the law firm of Kahana & Feld LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Ron S. Brand has joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Litigation practice group as a Partner.

Mr. Brand joins the AV Preeminent firm, which for the past decade has become known for its prowess in general business litigation, including cases involving employment, construction, corporate real estate, and intellectual property law. The firm is home to a group of proven trial attorneys who are among Southern California’s top-rated counsel.

Mr. Brand joins the firm as a Partner and brings over 20 years of experience in labor and employment litigation and counseling, with a focus on defending businesses in claims for wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other employment related matters. Mr. Brand also has significant experience in business and corporate litigation, in particular handling litigation concerning unfair competition, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and misappropriation of trade secrets.. He was most recently the Co-Founder and Shareholder of The Brand Law Firm, where he litigated on behalf of and counseled businesses in their labor and employment law needs.

A resident of Irvine, Mr. Brand graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a Juris Doctor with Honors and from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. He is licensed to practice in California and Illinois. He advises and serves on the board of the Jewish Community Foundation of Orange County. Mr. Brand also provides pro bono labor and employment law advice to several non-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Orange County and American Family Housing.
