Albemarle, NC, October 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Voiceopin International Empowers & Memorializes People and Animals That Have Experienced Abuse and Traumatic Life-Changing Situations

Voiceopin International is a nonprofit organization designated by IRS as a 501 (c) (3) public charity. Its mission is to change society’s responses towards people and animals who have been affected by abuse and to help in the healing process for those who have endured a life-changing traumatic experience.

With a vision to become the global voice for the thousands of animals and people who are abused (either killed or emotionally scarred and/or physically disfigured) and for those who are hurting from life-changing tragedies, Voiceopin International will be building a child abuse museum and family convention center in the United States, helping other countries who are interested in building a child abuse museum to raise money, offering programs and services to help combat bullying through their “Just Say No To Bullying Program” and granting healing wishes to those who have been abused or endured traumatic and heinous life-changing situations.

So many people are blessed to have a wonderful and loving family, with friends that love and protect them, and are able to accomplish their life dreams. However, there are many people born into the world who are not as fortunate. Each year, millions of people and animals are abused. Child Abuse is defined to include anyone regardless of age who is or has been living in a dysfunctional family situation; being bullied/bullier; troubled and confused; emotionally or physically tortured and hurt or killed by mass shooting, family, strangers, society, etc.; sexual abuse and other events and situations, etc. In addition, there are numerous people who have also lost loved ones from tragic situations involving fires, hurricanes, accidental shootings and other life-changing events. Voiceopin International calls these individuals “Love Stars” because of the love the organization truly has for them and the fact that they are the “Real Stars” of this world.

According to the Humane Society-United States, “The shocking number of animal cruelty cases reported every day is just the tip of the iceberg—most cases are never reported.” World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that on a global basis about 1 in 3 (35%) of women have endured physical and/ sexual violence by their intimate partners or non-partner. The alarming statistics of elderly abuse, states WHO is on the rise from 1 in 6 older people experiencing some form of abuse. In 2014, WHO reported a staggering 1 billion children, ages 2-17, had been victims of physical, sexual, emotional or multiple types of violence. Furthermore, the National Children’s Alliance reported that violence against children in the first year of life had the highest victimization rate of “24.2 per 1,000 children in the national population of the same age.”

Although the world has helped the abused population and those who have endured other types of life-changing tragedies in their lives on a national and international level, there’s still much more that needs to be done. Furthermore, often this population is only considered important when heinous crimes or unbelievable events occur, which makes sensational stories for a few weeks. After these newsworthy events, this population is regularly forgotten, ignored, or too little is being done to assist them. Building a child abuse museum and family convention center and operating the programs and services by Voiceopin International will help to serve as a constant reminder that the world must stay vigilant and alert to helping this population and memorialize those who have lost their lives.

Voiceopin International is in its second phase of organizational growth and is raising $300,000.00 towards building of the museum and implementation of programs and services. ”Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. said: "Everybody can be great ... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love."
